"I'd been having trouble starting my Like 200 so called the guys to see if they could help me out. I live in Eugene so a little difficult to just pop by. Once again they were Great! After going through things it might be (being more than patient)...I stumbled upon the fact that I was a total idiot with the on/off switched to Off!! Barry/Russ didn't laugh at me like I was a stupid chick rider though they very easily could have! I laughed at myself big time to say the least. You guys really are the best, thanks for taking the time to walk me though something I should have checked first thing! geesh :-D Sue"

"First scooter I've ever bought. All the guys were great to work with! Very helpful making the whole experiece a lot of fun.
